Green lab grown diamonds, are also known as “FANCY” green diamonds, are created in a laboratory rather than being mined from the earth. These diamonds are chemically identical to naturally formed diamonds and undergo a process that replicates the high pressure and temperature conditions found deep inside the earth. They have the same physical properties, such as hardness and brilliance.

Our green lab grown diamonds are certified by a Gemological Laboratory, just like natural earth mined diamonds.

Green lab grown diamonds are typically created using either the High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) method or the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method.  Nearly all Green Diamonds have been Post treated by heat treatments adding nickel using HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) green..

After growing, the diamond is cut, polished, and graded. Lab-grown Green diamonds are an ethical and eco-friendly alternative to naturally mined Green Diamonds.

Most Lab Grown Green Diamonds have some form of ‘Post Growth’ process after they have been grown.  This ‘Post Growth’ process enhances the Green Lab Grown Diamonds Colour even further.  Think of it like baking a cake for a little longer to get the desired result. A diamonds certificate will indicate if there is any evidence of a ‘Post Growth‘  treatment.

Colours: Like naturally formed green diamonds their colour does vary, from light green, green, intense green, fancy green, Yellowish green and many other variations. Some even appear like Parti-Coloured Australian Sapphires.
