ME Jewellery provides FREE fully insured shipping on all jewellery orders delivered within Australia and New Zealand.
Every jewellery piece is carefully crafted and finished by Mark, then inspected by Emma and team before being securely packaged for dispatch, ensuring it meets our strict quality standards.
Most jewellery pieces are individually handcrafted or hand assebled and hand finished and polished to order by Mark.
The estimated completion and dispatch time is displayed on each product page. Once your jewellery has been completed, it undergoes a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
If your order includes a custom design, engraving or special request, manufacturing times may vary slightly. Should this occur, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes:
Australia: 1–5 business days
New Zealand: 3–7 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Deliveries to regional or remote locations may require additional transit time.
Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing your shipment tracking details.
You can follow your parcel online until it reaches its destination.
All jewellery orders are shipped using secure, fully insured courier services or utilising Australia Posts network.
A signature is required upon delivery or collection. Government-issued photo identification may also be required before your parcel is released.
For security reasons, parcels cannot be left unattended or delivered without a signature.
Your jewellery will arrive in our premium presentation packaging, protected inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging to ensure both privacy and security during transit. FOr Engemnt and wedding rings we may suggested additional Proposal Box’s created by Woodsbury Australia.
Every jewellery shipment is fully insured by ME Jewellery from the time it leaves our workshop until it has been successfully delivered and signed for by you or your authorised recipient.
While we always aim to dispatch your jewellery within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather events or public holidays.
If this happens, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
ME Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied at checkout.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the shipment with the courier and keep you informed until your order has been successfully delivered.
We recommend inspecting your parcel as soon as it is received.
If your package appears damaged or shows signs of tampering before opening, please contact ME Jewellery immediately so we can assist with the courier’s insurance process if required.
The price displayed on our website is the total price payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) for deliveries within Australia and New Zealand.
There are no additional customs duties, import charges or hidden shipping fees payable by customers receiving deliveries within these countries.

All loose diamonds available on our website are sourced through our trusted international network of diamond suppliers located in major diamond trading centres around the world.
Once your order has been placed, we begin sourcing your selected diamond. Upon arrival at our office, every diamond undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being prepared for dispatch.
The estimated dispatch date for each diamond is displayed on the individual product page. Please note that this is an estimated shipping date and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

As staed above, we IMPORT these Diamonds ouselves. There are no extra fees for you, the price you see on our website is the total price in AUD and includes GST.
Your Diamond/s will be shipped in a Diamond Proposal/Presentation box unless otherwise discussed. The parcel will shipped via Australia Posts Express Post ‘Person to Person’ service. It will be addressed to the purchaser and will require Photo ID to pick up the parcel.
We ship our loose Diamonds to Australia and New Zealand only. IF you wish to export your Diamond to another Country, you can do so after you have received it from Me Jewellery. Shipping is FREE.
Mark our qualified Gemmologist will verify in writing that your diamond/s laser inscription, colour and clarity prior to it being delivered.
All deliveries will require Photo ID of the person making the purchase .
