All prices depicted on our site are displayed including – GST*. In rare instances there may be errors with description and pricing on our site. By using this website you acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies and errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. international buyers : the gst will not be charged, you are exempt, providing the article is being sent outside Australia.

At ME Jewellery your peace of mind is our number one priority. Our Designer & Jewellers are members of the Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA), meaning we meet the highest standards of quality, workmanship and customer service. We work hard to provide exquisite jewellery at a quality that will last for generations.
Our careful manufacturing process and attention to detail means that your item should arrive in pristine condition, however a manufacturing defect can still occur on the rare occasion. We are so confident in the quality of our jewellery, we offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship.
12 month Warranty – Available on all jewellery products with proof of purchase. Condition of jewellery is based on assessment by a ME Jewellery team member.
ME Jewellery, at our option, will either repair or replace jewellery deemed to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 12 months of the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance or degradation due to excessive wear or mishaps.
Me Jewellery provides a complimentary One Free Resize service for all custom-made rings within the first six months of purchase.

**Free Resizing Terms and Conditions**:
– Resizing by more than 3 sizes or for certain designs may incur extra charges or necessitate a setting or complete ring replacement. We will quote you on this.
– Unauthorized resizing by other Jewellers voids the lifetime warranty, unless authorised by us first.
**Certain Rings Cannot Be Resized**:
Platinum, White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold rings:
– Pavé bands (⅔ pave and less): 2.5 sizes up or 2 sizes down.
– Triple pavé band: 1 size up or 1/2 down only.
– Plain band: 4 sizes up or down.
– Note: The sizing mentioned above is in AU sizing units.
Titanium, Carbon, Zirconium and bands with inlays or engraving CANNOT be resized.
Rings and/or Jewellery made or supplied by Me Jewellery:
6 months Warranty – Available on all jewellery products with proof of purchase. Condition of jewellery is based on assessment by a Me Jewellery team member.
Me Jewellery, at our option, will either repair or replace jewellery deemed to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 6 months of the date of repair.
Rings and/or Jewellery NOT made/created or supplied by Me Jewellery:
3 months Warranty – is available on any new jewellery items that have been repaired by Me Jewellery. The repair warranty is only valid on the specific items, eg, a repaired claw does not cover all other claws.
No warranty is valid for items that have been previously repaired by other Jewellers in the past. Me jewellery is not responsible for any previous work/repairs.

“Precious” metals, gemstones & diamonds require care. Store your jewellery in the box provided at purchase.
Your diamond cleaning wand can assist with cleaning the diamonds. The polishing cloth will assist with keeping the metal shiny – use it gently.
Claws need to be checked yearly, because bumps & knocks with general wear can cause the stones to become vulnerable to falling out.
Book in for a yearly clean, check & polish, it’s our complimentary service. *Interstate customers pay a flat fee for yearly clean check & polish. Fee covers – postage and insurance whilst it travels back and fourth. Fee quoted at the time – approx – $30 – book in and we’ll organise the rest.
Take jewellery off where possible if gardening, at gym, playing hand sports, lifting heavy bags, shopping bags or boxes. Be careful where ever possible. Makeup & creams will build up in ring settings and it will begin to look dull
Follow our Home Cleaning tips
Soak your jewellery in warm water with detergent (at least 10-15 minutes), then use an small artist brush or a jewellery wand to gently dab and brush settings and stones/diamonds. This will remove dirt from behind diamonds, then use a polish cloth gently to help the metal maintain its shine.
Chains will stretch or break if pulled & worn continually while you sleep. Better to remove for sleeping. 12month Warranty – Available on all jewellery products with proof of purchase.
If you need your jewellery assessed for repair or restore, the condition of jewellery is based on assessment by a ME Jewellery team member. ME Jewellery, at our option, will either repair, restore or replace jewellery deemed to be: defective due to the manufacturing process within 12 months of the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage from lack of care, loss, breakage, changes in appearance or degradation due to excessive wear or mishaps.
At our discretion we will invoice you for extra work require to restore the jewellery if we feel lack of care was involved.
Warranty & free yearly service is void if the yearly checks are not booked in.
