2. Prices and GST
All prices on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
International customers are exempt from GST when items are shipped outside Australia.
In rare cases, pricing or description errors may occur. If such an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order after notification.
GST (Goods and Services Tax) in Australia is currently 10% for jewellery as of November 2019.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
Credit and Debit Cards – securely processed through Stripe
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay – processed through Stripe Payments
Direct Bank Transfer – manual payment through your financial institution
PayPal – including card payments via PayPal
All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full payment details on our servers.
All jewellery designs, photographs, layouts, and other creative content on this website are the intellectual property of ME Jewellery Design Pty Ltd and are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
Reproduction, copying, redistribution, or use of any content from this site without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Any company, organisation, or individual infringing copyright will be subject to prosecution.
You may not link to, scrape, or extract data or content from this website without our written permission.
5. Images and Representations
All images are provided as a visual guide only. Colours and gemstone shades may vary slightly depending on lighting, monitor contrast, and screen settings.
As gemstones are natural, slight variations from photographs are to be expected.

We are confident in the quality of our workmanship and offer the following:
Manufacturing Warranty
A 12-month warranty applies to all made-to-order jewellery created by Me Jewellery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as assessed by a Me Jewellery team member.
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace items deemed defective due to manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, general wear and tear, or degradation due to mishandling or accident.
7. Resizing Policy
We offer one complimentary ring resize within six (6) months of purchase for all custom-made rings.
Terms & Conditions – 2025 Magenta Shores Wedding Showcase Special and Bonus Offers
Complimentary handcrafted timber wedding ring box with personalised engraving by Woodsbury (valued at $150 AUD).
Available only when both partners’ wedding rings are ordered or consultations booked together before 30 December 2025.
Limited to one box per couple.
Timber finishes: Walnut or Wenge.
Offer not transferable, redeemable for cash, or applicable to engagement rings or single ring orders.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ME Jewellery Design Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of our website, products, or services. This limitation does not exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Your new jewellery has been crafted with care, precision, and pride. To keep it looking beautiful for years to come, here are a few helpful tips and important warranty details.
Caring for Your Jewellery
Precious metals, gemstones, and diamonds all need gentle care. When not in use, store your jewellery safely in the box provided at purchase.
Use your diamond cleaning wand to keep your stones sparkling, and the polishing cloth to gently maintain the metal’s shine. Over time, small knocks and daily wear can loosen claws and settings — it’s important to have them checked once a year.
We offer a complimentary annual clean, check, and polish to keep your piece in top condition. If you’re located interstate, you can still enjoy this service — there’s a small flat fee (around $30) to cover insured postage both ways. Simply book your piece in and we’ll handle the rest.
Everyday Jewellery Tips
Remove jewellery before gardening, gym workouts, playing sport, or lifting heavy bags and boxes.
Avoid contact with makeup, creams, and perfumes, which can dull the shine of your metals and stones.
Home Cleaning Tip: Soak your jewellery in warm water with a small amount of mild detergent for 10–15 minutes. Use a soft artist’s brush or jewellery wand to gently clean around the stones and settings. Rinse thoroughly and finish with a gentle polish using your cloth.
Remove chains before sleeping — over time they can stretch or break.
💡 Remember: jewellery is made from precious metals — not steel! Treat it with care and it will last a lifetime.
12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
All made-to-order Me Jewellery pieces come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty (with proof of purchase).
If your jewellery requires assessment, a Me Jewellery team member will inspect it and determine the best solution. At our discretion, we will repair, restore, or replace any item found to have a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or lack of care
Loss, breakage, or changes in appearance due to normal wear
Work carried out by another jeweller (this voids the warranty)
Items that have not received their annual clean and check
If your jewellery needs restoration due to wear or neglect, we’ll provide a quote before any extra work is carried out.
