DIAMOND PRICE MATCH

With Me Jewellery’s ‘Diamond Price Match’, you can buy with confidence knowing that we will match a Diamonds online price. Should you find the same certified diamond publicly listed at a lower price, we will be happy to match our competitor’s price.

Simply contact us at  admin@mejewellery.com.au and provide all the relevant details to begin the Diamond Price Match Process. We will call you by telephone to discuss, and via email to confirm your request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Our Diamond Price Match program only applies to a certified loose diamond sold or Listed on website.
• Our Diamond Price Match program only applies before you purchase your diamond/s from Me Jewellery.
• Our Diamond Price Match program does not apply where the competitor or we have made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
• Must be “the identical diamond”, the same Diamond Certificate not a comparable or similar one.
• Auction sites and pawn shops are not eligible for the price match guarantee.
• The competing price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount.
• To verify the competing price we will need to review a copy of the Diamonds grading report and a link to the website offer or published price offer.
• Competing price must be in AUD.
• Expired offers are not eligible.
• Our Diamond Price Match program diamonds are for final sale and not eligible for return.
• The lower price you provide to us must remain in effect at the time your request is verified by us.
• The competitor’s diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at that price.
• Competitors’ special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and bundled offers such as buy one get one are not eligible.
• Limited time sales such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, offers advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going out of business sales and loyalty programs, discounts off diamonds with a ring etc offers are not eligible.
• Must be an Australian based diamond retailer.
• Our Diamond Price Match program only applies to certified loose diamonds sold through www.mejewellery.com.au
• We reserve the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price if, in our discretion, we are unsatisfied with our ability to verify the competing price.
• We reserve the right to deny requests, modify these terms at any time, and terminate the Our Diamond Price Match program at any time at our sole and absolute discretion.
