Shipment dates for Loose Diamonds;

All of the diamonds listed on our website are located overseas in either,  USA, India, Hong Kong & Europe.

Our website indicates an estimated time of Dispatch “Ships by:” date.  This date is a shipping date from us in Australia and may change from time to time depending on global courier companies.  We will notify you either by phone and or email to inform you of your diamond/s travels. Most diamonds are delivered to you within 10-15 business days.

Returnable Diamonds; 

Many of the diamonds listed are returnable, if you are having trouble with your decision and would like to know of some returnable diamonds in your price range, call us. Also see: Returns/Refunds

Import-Customs fees

There are no extra fees for you, the price you see on our website is the total price in AUD and includes GST.

Shipments

Your Diamond/s will be shipped in a Diamond Proposal/Presentation box unless otherwise discussed.  The parcel will shipped via Australia Posts Express Post ‘Person to Person’ service. It will be addressed to the purchaser and will require Photo ID to pick up the parcel.

Countries we ship to;

We ship our loose Diamonds to Australia and New Zealand only.  IF you wish to export your Diamond to another Country, you can do so after you have received it from Me Jewellery. Shipping is FREE.

Our Guarantee and Delivery to you

Our qualified Gemmologist will verify in writing that your diamond/s laser inscription, colour and clarity prior to it being delivered. All deliveries will require Photo ID of the person making the purchase .
